How to get to Jefferson Barracks from Downtown St. Louis:
Take I-55 south to the I-270 / I-255 interchange and travel east on I-255.
Then take I-255 eastbound approximately one mile to Telegraph Road.
Take Telegraph Road northbound approximately one mile to Jefferson Barracks Drive.
Turn right onto Jefferson Barracks Drive. Jefferson Barracks Drive will turn into Sherman Avenue. Travel east on Sherman Avenue two blocks to Worth Road and make a left.
Missouri Civil War Museum is located at 222 Worth Road.
