Leave Your Very Own Mark On History!
Honor a Civil War Ancestor, Loved One, Yourself or a Company
SPACE IS VERY LIMITED!
ONCE ALL BRICKS ARE SOLD, NONE WILL EVER BE MADE AVAILABLE AGAIN!
With your generous contribution of $50.00 or more to the museum’s Adopt A Brick Program, the Missouri Civil War Museum will reserve a personal commemorative brick paver in our beautiful outdoor memorial garden area just for you. The walk paths and outdoor courtyards of the museum grounds will be constructed with these commemorative bricks but space in very limited.

When the renovation and restoration of our historic building is completed in a few years, your commemorative brick will then join the thousands of others in adding that “personal touch” to our memorial garden that will feature various memorial monuments, interpretive plaques, water features, an outdoor pavilion, and an abundance of plants, flowers, and trees. It will indeed be a very beautiful and peaceful setting and a great place for you to leave your mark on history. What a fantastic way to honor a loved one or a Civil War ancestor by reserving one of these commemorative brick pavers in their name.
Commemorative bricks can be reserved in the names of Civil War ancestors, family members, businesses and civic/historical organizations. Bricks will be arranged by category in the outdoor garden area and are subject to editing & formatting as needed by the MCWM.
Please Note: Due to the information that is needed for the brick engravings, commemorative pavers can only be purchased by U.S. Mail and only with a check or money order. To order your commemorative brick(s), you must print out an Adopt A Brick application form by using the link below and complete the required information on it. Mail the completed application form and your check or money order to the address below. Your request will then be processed and your brick paver(s) will be reserved and posted on our Adopt A Brick listing located on the bottom of this page. You will also receive an acknowledgment and thank you letter from the MCWM. Once again, thank you very much for helping us preserve history by leaving your own mark on history at the Missouri Civil War Museum. Space is limited so don’t delay!
